The short version: All calculations run entirely in your browser. We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your personal or financial data. Period.

How It Works

100% Local Processing

All subsidy calculations happen right on your device. Your wage data and employer information never leave your browser.

No Server Storage

We don't have a database of user calculations. There's no server-side storage of your inputs or results.

We Can't See Your Data

Even if we wanted to, we couldn't see what you enter. The app architecture makes it technically impossible.

Works Offline

Once loaded, the calculator works without an internet connection. This proves your data stays on your device.

What We Collect

We do NOT collect:

Your name, email, or any personal identifiers
Wage information or employer details you enter
Calculation results or scenarios you run
IP addresses or device fingerprints

What we may use:

Anonymous aggregate statistics only. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general usage patterns (like page views), but never individual user behavior or calculator inputs.

Browser Storage

The app may save your preferences (like language selection or complexity mode) in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.

You're in control: Clear your browser data at any time to remove all locally stored preferences. We have no backup copies.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Because we don't collect personal data, most privacy rights are automatically satisfied.

No external fonts/CDNs: Resources are bundled with the app.
No third-party cookies: The app doesn't set tracking cookies.

The app is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Since we don't store your data, there's no database to breach.
